My Home Makeover

The following chronicles the work done on my home after hurricane Wilma swept through Broward County back in 2005. My goal was to do most of the work myself. I wanted to learn all that I did not already know about home construction. I considered converting the back patio into a closed-in room years ago. Since it was destroyed in the storm, I figured I could start with a blank canvas and increase the house's square footage the way I always wanted.
